Change is often difficult and unexpected. As a high schooler, you’re used to change.

Let’s just be honest. Some change is awesome. Some change is awful. Like it or not, change happens. When it comes to change, everyone is affected.

As uncomfortable as change is, here’s the good news: We’re going to talk about something today that has the potential to be a game-changer for us when it comes to the way we view change.
