All of us have things that make us feel anxious, worried, uncomfortable, irritated, or depressed.

We all have things that we’d rather not deal with because we don’t like how they make us feel.

Sometimes the stuff we don’t want to deal with is small and easy to move past. But other times, we have to face much bigger, more painful issues, and we don’t know how to deal with them.

Coping is how we deal with the difficult circumstances, situations, or feelings in our lives.

We can cope in healthy and helpful ways or unhealthy and harmful ways.

We can choose what to do with how we feel.

We're going to take a look at how the author of Lamentation coped with feelings and how we can learn from it.
